Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you're welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at alex@nomadsurf.co.uk with your order number.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Need a different size? Get in touch and we will sort it out.

If your order arrives faulty or wrong, contact us straight away and we will cover the return and replacement or refund in full.
